How do I connect my cloud accounts?
Go to Settings → Cloud Accounts → Add Account. Follow the step-by-step wizard to grant read-only access to your AWS, Azure, or GCP account.
How long does it take to see recommendations?
Initial recommendations appear within 24 hours of connecting your cloud accounts. AI-powered predictions improve over 7-14 days as more data is collected.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use bank-level 256-bit AES encryption for all data. We're SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant. We only require read-only access to your cloud accounts.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Export cost data and recommendations to CSV, JSON, or directly to your data warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period. Enterprise customers should contact their account manager.
