Xynapse AI provides AI-powered cloud cost optimization tools that analyze your cloud spending and provide recommendations. We require read-only access to your cloud provider accounts to deliver our services.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Subscription and Payment
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
- No refunds for partial months of service
- You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your billing period

- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
- Reverse engineer or copy our software

9. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL XYNAPSE AI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE FEES PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Xynapse AI harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
